Interview with the Japanese Men’s National Fencing Coaches during the Training Camp at INSEP in France
The Japan Sport Council (JSC) has been actively engaged in various collaborative projects with the French Institut National du Sport, de l’Expertise et de la Performance (INSEP) since the signing of their memorandum of understanding on collaborative activities in 2014.
Recently the Japanese national fencing team visited INSEP for an extensive training camp period, and the two men's fleuret coaches Hiroki Fujino and Erwann Le Péchoux took part in an interview.
During the interview both coaches share information on their own paths, the fencing team's training for the Paris 2024 Olympics and the training environment at JSC and INSEP.
